 Survey Says!!
I need your feedback...
Every year about this time, I spend hours and hours pouring over my numbers for the previous year.
During this time, I try to see who is sending me business and try
to figure out why or why not. With this information, I try to make
improvements where I can because I want to help you for my business AND
yours!
This year I am asking for your help.
In order to make changes that I feel I need to make
for my business as well as my personal life, I need to solicit your
input.
Over the last several days, I have been perfecting a contact
database so that I can track my contact with you and my borrowers as
well as others.
This database will allow me to actually apply points for the value
of my service to you so I can physically see how I am doing at any
point in time.
But, to work like I want it to, I really need to understand how I am viewed in your eyes so I will know what you expect from me.
Does that make sense?
So, if you will take the following survey, I will be able to do
that and if you do, I promise to make the improvements that you are
looking for so we both can prosper this year!

In order to try to entice you to take my survey, I am giving away this neat trophy for the one with the best feedback to help me improve my service to you in 2008! You can also see what others say about us too when you are finished. Please

The fact that I am allowing you to see the feedback from others should tell you that we are a good company in fact, the "I Would Recommend" for Full Year 2007 was 95% from the post closing surveys we sent out to the agents that referred their clients to us. That means if you put 100 Agents who have used us in a room and asked everyone who would not recommend us to leave the room, only 5 leave and 95 would stay!
Finally, please be CrEaTiVe too in your comments so you can WIN THE PRIZE ABOVE and really help me help you this year!! Do this for me and I will be very grateful and appreciative of you.
